I can't find my tickets?

First, please check your spam folder. If they are not there, please log into your account. Once logged in please click tickets in my account and you will be able to download them there.

Where can I park and how much does it cost?

Parking is free and there is plenty of it.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Credit cards are accepted online only if you choose to reserve your spot. At the event, ticket purchases are cash only and we will have an ATM onsite by the ticket booths.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

Yes, you can reserve your spot through our website with a small deposit fee and the remainder will be due onsite when you get your ticket at the ticket booths. Children under 2 are free!

Do I have to wait in line if I purchased tickets online?

Yes, you will need to visit our ticket booths on arrival to receive your general admission tickets and pay the remainder of your ticket purchase(s).

How long does it take to go through all the event?

Typically, an hour to two hours depending on how many people are there and how long you spend with our vendors.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Yes you can, however we ask that the flash is turned off so it does not disturb others from enjoying the event.

Does your event serve or allow alcoholic beverages?

No, this is a family friendly event.

Are you still open if it is raining or snowing?

Yes, the event is indoors. If there is a severe weather emergency, the event will be forced to close, in which case our Facebook and Instagram page will inform you.
